What time should I arrive at the venue?
No later than 2PM.
What is the dress code?
Whatever you're comfortable in, formal attire is preferred.
Is it a cash or open bar?

Are there hotels near the venue?
There is a Hampton inn and suites ( West Des Moines)
Drury Inn and Suites (West Des Moines)
Sleep inn and suites ( West Des Moines)
Are children allowed?
Children are allowed, and there will be games and coloring activities.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue,
cars must be out of the parking lot at 10:00 AM the following morning.
What does the itinerary look like?
Arrive: 2PM
Ceremony: 2:30PM-3PM
Cocktail Hour: 3PM-5PM
*While wedding party is taking pictures, please enjoy drinks and snacks, while exploring the venue.*
Reception: 5PM-11PM
What is parking like?
The parking lot accommadates 100 cars, please try to carpool as much as possible.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is off of 20th ave in St. Charles, IA. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride and groom prior to the day of.
What type of food will be served during cocktail hour and the reception?
Expect light refreshments but please eat lunch before, as dinner will not be until 5PM or later.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
It will be an unplugged ceremony. This means please leave your cell phones down and off while the photographer captures each special moment.
