Some love stories take time to unfold. Nic and Jada first met when they were just 13 years old, two kids who had no idea the role they would one day play in each other's lives. Through their teens and 20s, they remained close friends, but the timing wasn't right for anything more than friendship. Life eventually pulled them in different directions, and their paths quietly drifted apart.Years passed, but destiny has a way of bringing the right souls back together. During the pandemic, after more than a decade apart, Nic and Jada reconnected and shared dinner. What was meant to be a simple evening quickly became the beginning of forever. Sitting across from one another, they felt an unshakable peace, as if the years melted away and they had finally come home.Just three months later, they promised their lives to each other in a quiet legal ceremony, knowing without question that they had found their person.
