Technology brought them together during the trying times of Covid. To put it simply, Rhys slid into Jades Instagram DMs one night in July of 2020. The pair secretly begun to date each other, Breaking the laws of lockdowns and covid curfews just to spend time with one another. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months and on January 23rd 2021 it became official.

8 months into their relationship they Move across the border to Newcastle NSW to explore their careers further. And although they loved their laid back, coastal lifestyle, after 18months of Newcastle they decided why not make things really interesting and move 4000km northwest in the Pilbara WA. Here is where their relationship really strengthened. Being so far away from friends and family and relying on eachother for support, they realised how lucky they were to have the other.

In September 2023 rhys knew he had met his match and got down on one knee and asked Jade to marry him. *spoiler alert* she said yes.

March 2024 the couple moved back home to be closer to their loved ones and moved in to their first home together with Louie and Luna.

Which brings us to the present. Rhys and Jade are so happy and excited to have you join them as they tie the knot on what will be their 4th anniversary together in January 2025.
