Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025. If we have not heard from you by this date we will assume that you will not be present. We will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs as our vendors need finals numbers well in advance. We appreciate your understanding and timely response in advance!

In order to make sure everyone is as safe and comfortable as possible, we have a few options for accommodations. You can take a shuttle back to Medicine Hat and stay in the comfort of your own home, or stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham where we have rooms blocked off for wedding guests. If you would like to bring a tent/trailer and stay on site, reach out to Wyatt or Jade and we will do our best to accommodate you!

As much as we would love to have the whole countryside present, we are simply unable to accommodate everyone. If you received a plus one, this will be indicated under your name when you go to RSVP.

We have limited little ones present to those of close family as we would love for this to be a chance for everyone to have some kid-free fun. If your kiddos have been invited it will be indicated on your invitation/RSVP. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to Jade or Wyatt for clarification.

If you put "Vale, Alberta" into Google Maps, it will bring you right to our yard. If you would rather not deal with the hassle of driving yourself, we do have a shuttle available.

Wear whatever you will be most comfortable in! This will be an outdoor wedding, so dress appropriately. There will be gravel, grass, and places with uneven footing, so make sure you will be able to navigate this in your attire.

We will be having a BBQ style steak supper with dessert to follow. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know on your RSVP.

We will have a toonie cash bar. Please include alcohol requests in your RSVP. We can't make any promises that we will have all your favourites, but this will help us to try our best to make sure we have something for everyone.
