Jade and Caroline first meet at a beach party in San Diego through a mutual friend, Kate Hughes (Shout out to Kate)! There are no photos for this day so here is a picture of Kate hard at work.

Although Jade moved away from San Diego, Caroline and Jade start dating while Jade is living in VA at EWS and Caroline completes her Chief Resident year in San Diego. They quickly fell in love.

Caroline adopts Acadia: a playful, yet ultimately protective pup who missed a career in law enforcement. She fell in love with Jade as much as her first mom.

Jade and Caroline date long distance for a year, but it's filled with adventure, laughter, and all the love.

Jade graduates EWS!

Caroline and Jade both get stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC, buy a home, and move in together!

Caroline got promoted to O4, yay!!

The adventures continue with trips to Ashville, Nashville and meeting new friends along the way!

Jade and Caroline take a vacation to Italy after Jade is 'deployed' there and meet up with friends! However, both of them are planning proposals. We retrospectively are grateful for our friends playing double agents...

In a plot twist, Jade proposes to Caroline first, in front of the Colosseum in Rome, Italy. For reference, Caroline had once said "there's no way in hell she'll be able to beat me to it".

...and 7.5 hours later, Caroline proposes to Jade in Travestere, Italy.
