There is ample parking in the lot right beside the banquet centre and vehicles can be left overnight. The venue is also very easily accessible by public transportation or by cabs and Ubers.

Please let us know when you submit your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. We will work with our venue to accommodate requests if possible.

No, unfortunately due to capacity limitations, only guests named on the invitations are permitted to attend our big day.

There will be an open bar from 6 pm - 12 am. Please ensure to drink responsibly.

Guests are welcome to wear whatever makes them comfortable, but if you are looking for some direction, cocktail attire is preferred by the bride and groom.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you wish to celebrate with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our future together. While we have chosen not to have a formal registry, a monetary gift would help us as we begin this exciting new chapter. Please know, however, that your attendance and support mean the world to us, and gifts are entirely optional.

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! While we have not arranged a hotel block, the closest hotel to the wedding venue is the Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa Airport. It’s just a short drive away and offers a range of convenient amenities. We recommend booking early to secure your stay, as rooms may fill up quickly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance with accommodations!

We ask that guests arrive no later than 5 pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm
