Welcome to our wedding site! We created this site as a one stop shop for guests to view all information wedding related. You can reserve your stay through our hotel block, discover local recommendations, peruse our gift registry and meet our one-of-a-kind wedding party. You will also find some of our favorite pictures together and a little background on our journey to becoming the Condes. Please RSVP through this site. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone soon!

Our Wedding

Our story is a tale as old as time....that is if time began when the internet was created and the world was wrapping up the first year of a global pandemic. We met like all classic couples do, on a dating app. Our first date fulfilled all vital COVID guidelines as the evening's events included arriving in a 3D printed mask and eating frozen mac-n-cheese while holding our hands over a fire to stay warm on a patio in the middle of December. However, these elements did not deter us from spending time getting to know one another....3 hours to be exact. We both went home after this date knowing that we met someone special.

Our time together over the next 2 years continued with many milestones that gave us reason to celebrate. We have spent multiple birthdays together by celebrating with friends and family, traveling to a town known for their wine and eating amazing food along the way.

In the summers, we have spent our days together mostly on or near the water....

And in the Fall, we have traveled near and far to cheer on our favorite football team, the 2022 Super Bowl Champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

We have created new holiday traditions together while adding a new furry member, Sasha, to the family....

All the while, both being embraced by our newest families.

In January 2023, on Friday the 13th, we celebrated our engagement with a surprise party of a lifetime.

We are very lucky to have the opportunity to share our life together with our loved ones and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone in October!

Our Story

Hayley is Jaime's older sister, her Matron of Honor, and the oldest of the 3 Hayes girls. Hayley was the first leader that Jaime followed without question. She is who to thank for Jaime's impeccable music taste and any reason she has been considered "cool." She introduced Jaime to the world of Non-Profit work that ultimately led her down a path into her current career as a social worker. Jaime knows that she is lucky to have a sister that is not only family but also one of her best friends. Hayley also provided Jaime with two of her favorite dudes, her nephews, Frank and Dean. Fabian is also excited to gain another sister and even better that it comes with a brother-in-law, Andy, who loves his story-telling more than most. 

Hayley Waynick

Kristin's is Jaime's older sister, Maid of Honor and the middle of the 3 Hayes girls. Kristin was the first person that Jaime ever looked up to, physically and metaphorically. Wherever Kristin was, Jaime wanted to be. Whatever Kristin was doing, Jaime wanted to be doing. The origins of all of Jaime's sense of humor can be traced back to growing up with Kristin's comedic genius.  Kristin and Jaime have shared so much together both as sisters and best friends. Fabian shares his newest sister's sense of humor  and was what bonded them so early on....that and his genuine interest in Kristin's boyfriend's, Jason, amazing nautical expertise. 

Kristin Hayes

Carlos is Fabian's cousin, his Best Man and often referred to by Fabian as his "first best friend." Along with Franchesca and little Nick, most of Fabian's childhood is filled with memories of time spent with Carlos. They both have countless stories to tell that span an entire lifetime of being not only cousins, but also best friends.  Fabian is proud of the type of father that Carlos has been to his son Kaden. Fabian believes that family is one of the most important parts of life and he feels extremely lucky to have both Carlos and Kaden in his.  

Carlos Torres

Franchesca is Fabian's younger sibling, favorite little sister and his closest confidant. Fabian and Franchesca both had the opportunity to move and live away from home in their 20s; however, they both knew that they would prioritize coming back to Kansas City in order to be by each other's side. Although Franchesca may be younger, never underestimate her ability to stand up to her big brother, even if that involves a spoon whack to the back of the ear! Fabian knows he couldn't have asked for a better sister and Jaime is very excited to be able to call Franchesca her sister. 

Franchesca Conde-Mathias

Liz is one of Jaime's best friends and often referred to as the 4th Hayes sister. They met in high school and have been inseparable ever since. They roomed together all 4 years of college at KU and lived together in Kansas City for a short time before Liz moved to New York. Thanks to frequent trips and daily texts, they have remained each other's best friend over the last 15 years despite being over 1,000 miles apart.  Jaime knows that she would have never gained the confidence of being as outgoing as she has become without having Liz in her life. Fabian and Jaime both wish that Liz and her husband, Brandon, lived closer by but they are excited for the future adventures and frequent trips to the East coast to visit. 

Liz Beshears

Melissa and Jaime met in college but their journey to becoming best friends began during a road trip from Kansas City to Chicago together (as well as Liz). Melissa moved to Chicago shortly after and gave Jaime the excuse to make frequent trips to visit her. Jaime is proud to say that she officially crashed over a weekend in every place that Melissa has lived in the city. Melissa has been very present in all of Jaime's major life events over the last decade, including being a huge help in assisting Fabian in the planning of our surprise engagement party. Fabian and Melissa knew each other long before Jaime and Fabian ever met, including being young friends with Melissa's husband, David. Jaime and Fabian are extremely lucky to have the Blakes in their lives and always in their corner. 

Melissa Footlick

Andrea and Jaime have been best friends for almost 2 decades. They met in high school at Blue Valley North, went to the University of Kansas together, and both moved back home to Kansas City. Most of Jaime's 20s are filled with memories of spending time with Andrea. They were each other's travel buddies, concert plus ones and dinner dates. Jaime is very proud of how far Andrea has come in her career as a Plastic Surgeon and loves having a fellow friend in the medical field.  Jaime was honored when Andrea and her husband Philip asked her to be their son's Godmother and so excited to see their family continue to grow. Fabian knows that he owes the Allens quite a bit since Andrea is to thank for the start of Jaime and Fabian's relationship. She took Jaime to brunch and encouraged her to talk to the "cute, familiar looking" guy on Hinge. 

Andrea Allen

Nick and Fabian met in middle school and graduated together from Shawnee Mission South High School. They have remained close friends over the last two two decades and are always come up with new stories to tell about a lifetime of escapades together. Uncle Fabian & Jaime love spending afternoons with Nick, his wife Ashlee and their children eating the meat Nick has cooked up that could probably feed the entire neighborhood. Although Nick and Fabian don't always see eye to eye on what is the most superior music genre, Nick remains a primary trusted source of advice when it comes to big life events for Fabian.

Nick Gough

Fabian can quickly recall how he met Ryan in 6th grade at the Brookridge Elementary School carnival. Fabian and Ryan were introduced through Fabian's cousin, Carlos. Fabian recalls his first memory of Ryan was the moment when he thought he was going to have to "beat him up," as much as one 6th grader could really beat up another 6th grader at the time.  This feeling quickly subsided and soon after they became the close friends. Ryan and Fabian both attended Shawnee Mission South High School and graduated from KU. In recent years, Ryan has recruited Fabian to work with him by taking him under his wing into the healthcare technology industry. Even though Ryan is now Fabian's boss, this hasn't stopped the two of them from enjoying afternoons together at Ryan's pool, trips to Beaver Lake, and even the occasional movie date. Fabian and Jaime love having Ryan, his wife Bailee, and their 2 daughters in their life and looks forward to many more years being both colleagues and great friends.

Ryan Greenhaw

Josh and Fabian have experienced Nall Hills, Indian's Woods, Shawnee Mission South, and life together. Josh first came into the Fabian's life on a summer afternoon in elementary school and has remained a big part ever since. They have played on sports teams together from kickball to dodgeball, worked at companies together, and even sported the same "frosted tips" hairstyle during their formative years. From cracking jokes to bustin' moves on the dance floor, Josh and Fabian have stayed friends till the end. Josh and his wife, Tempest, have become wonderful friends for Fabian and Jaime and a recent inspiration for how to do it right when getting married.

Fabian remembers the first time he met Nick like it was yesterday. It was in a middle school classroom where Fabian pranked Nick (a story that probably be should be shared for smaller dinner parties). Even though this was an unlikely beginning for one of Fabian's future groomsmen, it was from that moment on that Nick and Fabian friendship started to blossom. They were roommates all throughout college, mostly because they both thought a cleaning party was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. When Nick married his wife Jaclyn, Fabian flew in from Dubai for the wedding. Nick is a man of many talents but Fabian's favorite secret he learned from Nick was the technique for baking the perfect cookie. Nick has shown Fabian what it is to be a good husband and a caring father. Fabian and Jaime feel fortunate to have friends like this in their life. 

Nick Whitlock

Fabian met Kevin and his brother Brandon "Dean" in elementary school after moving to Overland Park from Independence. Fabian always describes the Glover brothers as his first friends outside of his family. Kevin and Fabian share a love of sports, music, travel and food. Kevin and Fabian have attended many concerts together and even both worked at the downtown music venue, Crossroads, as bouncers. For those who know Kevin's stature, you can imagine who was more successful at this job. Kevin and Fabian have watched many sporting events together but one that stands out to Fabian is watching the Chiefs bring home the second Super Bowl championship this year. Kevin and his wife, Holly, have become great friends of Fabian and Jaime, but more importantly the best travel buddies.

We have a block of rooms for our guests at this hotel. This historic hotel is right across the street from the wedding venue. **NOTE: Our hotel block is now CLOSED. National World War I Museum and Memorial

Union station is much more than a stop on the Amtrak. They have Science City, the Planetarium, Model train gallery, Theatre performances, the Regnier Extreme Screen Movie Theatre, and exhibitions that frequently. A brand new one will be debuting at the beginning of October!

Power and Light District 

This event is a local favorite. The crossroads district is transformed into an outdoor art festival on the first Friday of the month. There are galleries and artist studios featuring exhibits from local, national, and international artists; booths from locally owned restaurants &amp; local craft breweries, distilleries, and wineries; eclectic shops; multiple alley displaying street art; and a food truck&nbsp;plaza. It gets busy and parking can be difficult...suggestion: take the KC Streetcar.
