It all started in December 2023, when we met the new-fashioned way—on Facebook Dating. (Thanks, algorithm. You really nailed it.)

Our first date was a cinematic masterpiece: watching Elf together, which naturally led to two months of dates centered around something equally magical (for Jake),—Bengals games. Nothing says romance like shouting at the TV, right?

Now, we share a happy home filled with love, laughter, and pet hair—courtesy of our two adorable fur babies, Joplin and Lucy. They didn’t help plan the proposal, but they approve of it.

Speaking of which… fast forward to this year's Indy 500 (because fast cars = true love), where Jake gathered our favorite people—even flying in Jaime’s best friend from California—and popped the question at a tailgate before the race. It was perfect: loud, exciting, and full of horsepower... just like us.
