Our Wedding

Well, our story is a little non-traditional. Thirteen years ago we met online on Ok Cupid. We had instant chemistry, dated for a few months, and even attended a friend’s wedding together, but, as the saying goes, the timing just wasn't right. We were in different places in our lives with different goals, and we decided to go our separate ways.---We remained in touch over the years though, through Jaime’s Health Coaching newsletter, which she sent out monthly, and to which Greg was subscribed. We even emailed a couple times here and there just to say hi.---Ten years later, Jaime was offering her annual Liver Cleanse, and Greg, who was going through some big life changes, finally decided to sign up. During the cleanse, we texted back and forth about our burritos (made of nori seaweed sheets and broccoli), sent each other pictures of our favorite electrolyte powder (which happened to be the same one), and commiserated about missing the taste of salt. After the cleanse, we decided to meet for tea and catch up.---And this time, the timing was right.---We’re both convinced that everything happened the way it did for a reason. We needed all the life lessons and all the growth that we went through to become the people we are today. And we’re better partners because of it. But most importantly, we have Elliot in our lives… one of our greatest joys.---We’re endlessly grateful to have found each other again at this point in our lives. It’s mind boggling to us the amount of things that had to line up perfectly in order to allow it.---Thank you, dear friends and family, for being a part of our journey!

A few things to know about our wedding... Shuttle Service We have a shuttle service that will run between Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, and Pine Rose Cabins. It will bring guests to the ceremony between 3:15pm and 4:15pm, and then return you to the resort between 9:30pm and 10:30pm. Please <a href="mailto:psjaime2@gmail.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">email</a> and let us know if you would like to be on the guest list for the shuttle service, so that we can book the correct number of trips. When is the RSVP deadline? Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026, so we can have an accurate headcount. Our invitations have a return RSVP card and envelope. Are kids welcome? We love all your kiddos, but other than some immediate family, there will not be any children at the ceremony or reception. If you're bringing kids with you to Lake Arrowhead, please let us know. We're planning to have babysitting service at the wedding venue for anybody that needs it. What will the weather be like? It should be warm during the ceremony, then cooling off in to the evening. A wrap, or light jacket as we transition to the evening is suggested. Where should I park? There is a parking lot right at the wedding venue. What should I wear? Wedding formal attire. We've been asked to elaborate on this a bit, and all we can come up with is: dress nice, no specific requirements! Please note - the ceremony and reception are on a wooden deck with small gaps between the planks, and it's surrounded by a forest. Consider shoes without pointy heels. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? The ceremony &amp; reception will be outdoors. Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding? We would prefer to keep phones out of the wedding ceremony, so that our photographer can capture pictures and everyone can be present. But, the reception is wide open, so feel free to take as many photos as you want! Whom should I call with questions? Wedding Q & A

Pine Rose is the site of our wedding. Our cabin block has been booked up, but Pine Rose may still have a couple smaller cabins left, so check out their website or call them directly and let them know you're part of Jaime and Greg's Wedding! We also may have a shared cabin to connect you with, so contact us if you need one!

Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins

The Lake Arrowhead Resort &amp; Spa is about 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We'll be providing shuttles to and from the ceremony (please let us know if you'll be using the shuttle, so we can schedule enough seats). We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate (available to book until May 13th) for either Saturday &amp; Sunday night, or just Sunday night (the night of the wedding). Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

This property is recommended by our wedding DJ. It's an AirBnb in the Lake Arrowhead area for a larger group that's minutes away from the wedding venue. Let them know that 'Arrowhead DJ' sent you. There are numerous other AirBnb options around Twin Peaks, Lake Arrowhead, and Lake Gregory.

AirBnB's in Lake Arrowhead

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is about an hour away from Lake Arrowhead. We recommend renting a car, but it's reasonable to take Uber or Lyft FROM there. However, please note that ride sharing is unreliable once in Lake Arrowhead, unless you make a reservation ahead of time. You can schedule a car service (A+ Mountain Ride Services) to take you from Lake Arrowhead back to Ontario Airport. If you're flying from the Washington DC area, there are non-stop flights from BWI to ONT.

Ontario International Airport

LAX (Los Angeles Intl. Airport) is about 2 and a half hours from Lake Arrowhead. We suggest renting a car to make the drive. Ride sharing is less reliable to Lake Arrowhead, and once in Lake Arrowhead, unless you make a reservation ahead of time.

Los Angeles International Airport

Burbank Airport (BUR) is about 2 hours from Lake Arrowhead. We suggest renting a car to make the drive. Ride sharing is less reliable to Lake Arrowhead, and once in Lake Arrowhead, unless you make a reservation ahead of time.

Hollywood Burbank Airport

We'll be offering Shuttle service between Lake Arrowhead Resort &amp; Spa and our wedding venue, Pine Rose Cabins, before and after the ceremony (please let us know if you need a seat on the shuttle). The shuttle will run back and forth continuously from 3:15pm until 4:15pm, and then again from 9:30pm until 10:30pm. They also offer private car service to and from Ontario Airport, and around the Lake Arrowhead area, but require you to book it in advance. There is little to no Uber and Lyft service in this area.

The Lake Arrowhead Village is built around the lake, and has tons of shops and restaurants to visit. It is walking distance from the Lake Arrowhead Resort &amp; Spa, and they have plenty of parking.
