They met at Alex's 10 year high school reunion in November of 2016. Jaimee was accompanying one of her friends to the after parties. When Jaimee walked into the house both Alex and Jaimee saw each other at the same time. Alex thought Jaimee was "glowing" and Jaimee immediately said to her friend "who is that?!". Alex grabbed a beer and offered it to Jaimee and they spent the rest of the night hitting it off. For 3 months they texted back and forth until they had their first real date on February 17th 2017 after Jaimee dreamt about Alex on valentine's day and asked him if the offer still stood to go on a date (he obviously said yes!). They went on that first date, where they got whiskey and beer and now here they are planning their wedding day!
