The reception will begin at 4:00 pm at Chateau du Sureau in Oakhurst, CA. Dress codes for both the ceremony and reception are the same so plan accordingly with travel time and your chosen activity in between. Dietary restrictions and allergies will be accommodated by the restaurant staff.
4:00 PM
Arrive to Chataeu du Sureau. Please carpool as much as possible as parking is limited. Parking will be open to us in front of the restaurant. Enjoy yourselves and a glass of sparkling wine.
4:30 PM
Bride and Groom will arrive.
5:00 PM
Seated for dinner. Toasts will take place during dinner.
7:00 PM
Dessert, cake cutting, and mingling for the rest of the time.
10:00 PM
Venue closes
The restaurant staff will provide water and Non-Alcoholic (iced tea and Coke products) beverages at no additional cost.
Wine will be served during certain hours of the event. Other alcoholic beverages will not be provided.
