what is the RSVP Deadline? what if i don't RSVP in time?
The RSVP deadline is July 9, 2024.
All details, such as the amount of food the caterers need to prepare for, number of seats, etc. must be solidified at this time. So if the deadline is missed there will not be a spot available for you to join. We would love for each of you to be able to join us, so if you are worried about not being able to meet the deadline, please reach out to either Jake or Kacey, so that we can try our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring a plus one?
Your RSVP group will indicate whether you have a plus one or not. If the name of your significant other, or plus one is not listed on your RSVP list, they can feel free to join the party after dinner! So, no earlier than 9:00, please!
Can I bring my kids?
Similar to the question regarding plus ones, if the names of your children are listed in your RSVP group, they are welcome to join both the ceremony and reception. Unfortunately, if they are not listed we wont be able to celebrate with them until dinner is over. So, no earlier than 9:00, please!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outside, then the reception will be held inside. But note that both these events are held on the SAME property, aka Bridlewoods event center. (Bonus: the reception hall is air-conditioned!).
What happens after the ceremony?
Once the ceremony is over (5ish) guests can feel free to hang out at Bridalwoods for cocktail hour, where the banquet hall will be open to guests and lawn games will be available to play! During this time the bridal party, as well as immediate families of the bride and groom will sneak away for photos. Obviously nobody is bound to this plan, so feel free to run off or refresh elsewhere if you desire :) The reception and dinner will begin at 6:30pm.
What should I wear?
There is no particular colour scheme to be aware of, as there will be flowers of all colours everywhere! Attire will be semi-formal, but more importantly, just wear what you feel great in!
will there be alcohol served at the reception?
Absolutely. There will be wine on the tables and champagne flutes available upon entry (non-alcoholic champagne will also be available). There will be a bar in the reception hall, so please do NOT bring any alcohol from outside sources, as fines from the facility will be put in place.
