The introduction

We have Nate and Jamie to thank for our introduction; they thought we should meet and would make a cute couple. Nate encouraged Jake to send Jenny a friend request, and Jamie told Jenny to accept it. After chatting online for about a week, Jake invited Jenny on a coffee date at the Blue Lantern. Conversation flowed easy for the next 3 hours, and the rest is history!

NYE - Jake invited Jenny to go camping in Oregon with him and his friends for the weekend. It was the first trip together!

January 20, 2024

First time hitting the slopes together! After practicing the night before by watching youtube tutorials and Jenny towing Jake on his (brother's) snowboard down the streets of her neighborhood, they drove out to Bluewood for some fresh powder. Unfortunately, Jake forgot all of his snow clothing, and had to wear Jenny's. Fortunately, both had an absolute blast on the mountain!

Officially a couple

Jake asked Jenny to be his girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Jenny said yes, although she thought they were already a couple...

Family trip to Colorado - Jenny invited Jake along for the annual family ski trip, and he said yes! Jake made quite the impression on Jenny's sister, Melissa, by telling her that he forgot she existed, during an intense game of taco cat goat cheese pizza.
