Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will be held on-site at Meadowbrook Hall in Rochester, Michigan. The ceremony will be held at the Pegasus Garden, cocktail hour outside on the grounds and inside the estate, and the reception will be in the Garden Tent.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 p.m., so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before, so that everyone can be seated on time. The cocktail hour will take place on the grounds from 6 - 7 p.m. The reception will begin at 7 p.m. inside the Garden Tent and end at 11 p.m.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie.
Can I bring a date or children?
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding!
How do we get there?
We will have transportation to and from the Crowne Plaza Auburn Hills hotel and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! Please see "Travel" tab for information on our hotel block. However, if you are not staying at the hotel, there is a large parking lot on the grounds.
What is the shuttle schedule?
Shuttle service is available to and from the Crowne Plaza Auburn Hills. Heading to the venue, there will be shuttle service at 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Heading Back to the to the hotel, shuttle service for guests will be every half hour from 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
