While we understand that it may be early to be making travel plans, Custer State Park Resort's accommodations book very quickly. Outside of the Park, options are limited, and you can expect a drive time of 40 minutes or more from our ceremony/ reception location. We do not prefer our guest traveling and driving after the reception. All guest are recommended to stay at The State Game Lodge or the cabins located on the same property (the wedding, reception and lodging are all at the same location, so no one is needed to drive after a night of lots of fun!) We are only able to set up a small block of rooms that will be released on January 31st, 2025. If you are at all interested in reserving a lodge room or cabin on site, the State Game Lodge recommends that you call and make your&nbsp;reservations&nbsp;as soon as possible so that you have the best possible chance of getting a lodge room or cabin type that works for you. Call 1-888-875-0001 to make your&nbsp;reservations&nbsp;and reference the Leyden/Joy Wedding at the State Game Lodge on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 when calling. If there are no units in the block that suit your needs, you can ask what is available outside of the block, instead. Be prepared to charge the first and last night’s deposit when making your reservation. If you do have to cancel, this deposit is refundable less a $25 cancellation fee if you do so at least 15 days in advance.* Hotel rooms are available at the State Game Lodge resort* cabins are also available at the same location (State Game Lodge) for larger parties/ families (cabins range from 4 person to 28 person)
