Will there be transportation?

We will not have formal transportation arrangements from the hotels to the venue, but please note that Uber and Lyft are always running in this area given the proximity to a college town! Our very limited-seating shuttle will be reserved for the bridal party at the end of reception. There is also parking available at the venue and all cars can stay overnight with a pickup deadline of 11:00am on Saturday, October 5th.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we love your little ones, tonight is a Parent's Night Out! This will be a child-free event. Enjoy yourself, have a few drinks, and please leave the kids at home. We want to ensure you have a stress-free evening to celebrate with the happy couple! Children cannot be accommodated due to limited capacity.

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one had been given to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests, including children.

What time should we arrive to the wedding?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to park and be seated. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you join us at cocktail hour!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Our Ceremony and Reception will be held at Downingtown Country Club. The address is 93 Country Club Dr, Downingtown, PA 19335. The ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Self-Parking is available at the venue, directly outside of our ceremony site. If you leave your car overnight it must be picked up by 11:00am the next morning. We highly encourage you to uber to enjoy the evening, have a few drinks, and celebrate this exciting day!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We kindly ask that all guests respect a cocktail dress code. Please refrain from wearing jeans, khakis, and the color white in any variation.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, & creams.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Please wear the colors you feel most comfortable dancing the night away in!! Our bridal party will be wearing shades of blue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be held indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

While there will be plenty of time for photos at our cocktail hour and reception, we kindly ask that you respect our unplugged ceremony. We have hired a fantastic photographer to help capture the day and look forward to sharing the incredible photos with all of our guests!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

When submitting your RSVP, you will have the option to select a plated dish consisting of Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian Cuisine. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include this in your RSVP or reach out to the Bride/Groom.

Will there be an Open Bar?

The Bar Tab is on us, but the hangover is on you! Enjoy the evening!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 181 N Pottstown Pike, Unit 1511 Exton, PA 19341. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

The Downingtown/Exton Area has a fantastic assortment of restaurants and shops! Our favorites: First Watch (Breakfast), Rey Azteca or World of Beer (Lunch/Dinner), Barnaby's West Chester or Mas (Night Life)

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2024. If your RSVP is received after September 1st, you will be marked as "No" and will not be accounted for in catering selections. As we have to provide final guest counts to our vendors with ample time, we appreciate your understanding!

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

All RSVP will take place through our wedding website. Please scan the QR code in your invitation or RSVP directly through the website by visiting the “RSVP” module on the homepage.
