Our Story

Summer and Danielle first met when Summer toured the apartment community where Danielle was working. What started as a casual encounter quickly turned into a fast friendship, sparked by their shared love of country music, fantasy novels, and line dancing. Their connection was instant, and they’ve been Cowboy ChaCha-ing through life together ever since.

Jake and Devin first met as freshmen living in the dorms at the University of Wyoming, where a shared sense of humor and countless late-night chats quickly sparked a close friendship. As proud Cowboys—both in school spirit and personality—the two have been through it all together. It’s only fitting that Devin, one of Jake’s closest friends and greatest supporters, will stand by his side as Best Man on the big day.

Marianne and Danielle first crossed paths at work, where a shared love of cats, trivia nights, and a little harmless work gossip quickly turned casual conversations into a genuine friendship. Though their friendship may be relatively new, Marianne has become an incredible confidant and unwavering support in Danielle’s life—proof that true connections don’t always take years to build.

Jake met Sam at a local car meet, where their shared passion for all things automotive sparked an instant connection. From talking shop to swapping stories under the hood, the two quickly bonded and built a friendship fueled by horsepower, late-night garage hangs, and a mutual love for the open road.

Leslie and Danielle first met while working together at a retail store in Epcot at Walt Disney World. During their time there, they shared countless adventures in the parks and explored a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines. Meeting Leslie was one of the highlights of Danielle’s time living in Florida. Although Leslie now lives in Georgia and they haven’t seen each other in a few years, their bond remains strong, and they continue to be close friends.

Jake and Chelsea first met at work, but it was their epic game nights that truly brought them together. Whether rolling dice or strategizing their next move, their shared love of friendly competition quickly turned into a strong and lasting friendship filled with laughter, inside jokes, and plenty of memorable wins (and losses).

Emma and Danielle's friendship began nearly a decade ago when they first met working at a local movie theater. Since then, they've shared countless memories—from bonding over their love of Taylor Swift and all things Disney to cheering each other on through life’s milestones. Over the years, they've grown together, supporting one another through every chapter and becoming the strong, beautiful individuals they are today.

Jake and Edward have been friends for over seven years, first meeting on their high school swim team. Their friendship quickly deepened beyond the pool, fueled by a shared love of cars and a knack for fun. Edward is also known for throwing legendary Halloween parties—something Jake seldom misses. From laps in the pool to late-night garage talks, their bond has stood the test of time.

Morgan and Danielle met while working at a movie theater in 2012 and became close friends, even living together as roommates for a time. Morgan is one of Danielle's dearest and closest friends, and together they experienced both some of the best and most challenging moments of their lives—each one a cherished part of their journey. Though she can't be with us, we know she'd be the best dressed one, celebrating us with that unforgettable smile — now from heaven, with love.

Jake and Josh met at the end of their junior year of high school. On the last day, in the final class, they spontaneously decided to light off fireworks after school — a spark that ignited a summer full of adventure. From camping trips and off-roading excursions to countless more fireworks, their bond grew quickly and deeply. Josh was more than just a friend to Jake — he was a brother in spirit. We know, without a doubt, that if heaven weren’t so far away, he’d be here to celebrate with us.

Directions & Weather Notes

Our cabin is tucked away in the beautiful Westcliffe Our cabin is tucked away in the beautiful Westcliffe countryside, and part of the drive will be along a dirt road. Please drive slowly and keep an eye out for free-range cattle that may wander into the road. They’re part of the charm out here, but please don’t touch or disturb them. If the gate into the Bull Domingo Ranch neighborhood is closed, please call or text 720-484-9005 for the gate code. Cell service can be spotty in the area, but don’t worry — we’ll have signs along the road to help guide you to the cabin. There will also be a clearly marked parking area once you arrive. Since our celebration takes place in May, temperatures in the mountains can dip in the evening. We’ll have heaters to keep things cozy, but we highly recommend wearing sturdy shoes — the ground around the cabin can be uneven in spots, and we want everyone to feel comfortable moving around and enjoying the evening.
