Yes, there is limited parking available at the venue! We also have a shuttle available to and from the venue and hotel. See Q&A for more info on that :)

Yes! There will be a shuttle at the hotel around 3 pm. First departure will be around 3:25 to ensure a prior to 4 o'clock arrival to the venue for the ceremony. Can't make the ceremony? No biggie! The shuttle will return to the hotel around 4:15 and depart again around 4:45 bringing you to the tail end of cocktail hour at the venue, right before dinner! We will have 2 departures from the venue back to hotel - one for our early birds around 9 pm and another at the close of the reception at 11 pm. Limited parking is available on-site.

We want all of our guests to be comfortable, but we kindly request no jeans at this event.

The girls will be in floor length, chiffon dresses in shades of blue. The boys will be in silver/light grey suits.

Guests can arrive on site at 3:30 pm. Ceremony starts at 4:00. Cocktail hour is at 4:30. Dinner will be served around 6:00. Party time around 7:30! Last call at the bar will be at 10:30. Reception ends at 11 with the last ride on the shuttle back to the hotel.

We have been working with the chef to create a tasty gluten free/dairy free meal in hopes that all of our guests can enjoy themselves. With that said, you can expect to see the following: passed appetizers during cocktail hour will include coconut shrimp with a honey drizzle and buttermilk ranch and bacon chicken bites; dinner will consist of jalapeño cornbread, a zesty take on a House/Caesar salad, secret spice bone in/skin on chicken, BBQ field carrots from our own venue, and tiger striped potatoes.

PLEASE let either Jake or Missy know of any food allergies or intolerances you may have, we want everyone to enjoy our day - and their dinner. We will be sure to inform the staff of where you are seated so that you may be able to enjoy your dinner at ease.

We love all of our littles, but unfortunately, this event will not be open to children.
