Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We will be having an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) with an indoor reception and dance.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Casual Cocktail. Comfortable and neat attire is perfect – let's make it a fun and memorable day together!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We absolutely love all of the "little ones", and we would love nothing more than to be able to have them at our celebration. However, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate for "little ones" unless they are mentioned on your RSVP/invite. We appreciate your understanding and truly hope that you are still able to attend our celebration.

Am I allowed to bring a 'plus-one'?
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There will be plenty of available parking at the venue. No parking fees.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, we have reserved a block at the Best Western in New Richmond, WI.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
There will be a shuttle provided to and from the hotel. More details to come.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
We just ask that you wear something casual and comfortable and that you have a good time! (:

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
At this time, there are no accommodations set for those with allergies.
If you have food allergies and need special accommodations, please reach out to the bride.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be open bar.
THERE IS NO BYOB. We ask that you understand this and please only get refreshments offered at the bar, due to legal/permit reasons.

What time will the reception end? Is there an after-party?
Reception will come to an end at 10PM. At this time, there is no after-party.
Will there be a time-gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Yes, there will be a gap between ceremony and reception of about an hour.
This gap is intended for photographer to capture photos of the wedding party, family and the bride and groom after the ceremony.
We would love our guests to make themselves comfortable, find seats and explore the venue while they wait.
There will be refreshments provided during this time.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We request an 'unplugged ceremony'.
Please no cell phones, cameras or social media during our ceremony.
We want to see your faces, not your devices.
You're more than welcome to 'plug back in' after the ceremony and take pictures throughout the rest of the evening.
We have hired an amazing photographer and are excited to share the photos with everyone after the wedding.
