Our story began on a Monday night in LA. When the city announced the reopening of indoor dining after years of COVID lockdown, Karen and I both headed to the nearest Irish Pub to celebrate our regained freedom. What started out as shouting at each other across a largely empty bar quickly led to us sharing conversation, showing off some dance moves, and getting kicked out of the pub for not respecting 6 feet of separation. Since then we have learned to scuba dive, cooked hundreds of meals, cheered in stadiums, studied wine, danced, traveled North America, had endless fun, and learned how to follow the Lord together. I soon realized that I was fanatically in love with this amazing woman and could not be happier to be spending my life with her. If you are reading this, you have been a part of our story and we are so grateful to be able to celebrate entering into our new life together with you.

My friend Aleisha and I ended up at this super fun Irish bar called Jameson’s. We were having hot toddies outside while waiting for seating inside. Finally, we got inside and I ordered this delicious burger ( my favorite ) All of a sudden this guy (Jake) started asking me how the food was. I was so excited about my burger that I didn't realize that Jake was not interested in the food until way later! (shout out to Aleisha and Don for being the best wingman/wingwoman) many warnings after, we got kicked out of Jameson’s for dancing and having too much fun! …. Now still to this day, even if it's in our apartments, we dance the night away!! Jake, I'm so grateful for you and I have so much fun with you! I thank God for bringing us together every day, I cannot wait to be your wife! For those who are reading this, I'm also so excited to dance the night away and celebrate our marriage with you, cheers!
