Our event is an “Cocktail Reception”. After traditional cocktail hour our party begins. During the special dances and speeches, the venue staff will bring out 6 standing stations in the cocktail space for guests to eat when ever they desire. There are no assigned seats. It’s a very free flowing style event. Tailored to how Jake and I enjoy weddings. We will have an open bar with top shelf liquor and 2 signature drinks 🥰

Yes, we’ve blocked out 50 hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is only 18 minutes from our venue.

Our ceremony starts at 5:30pm so we ask you all to be there at 5:15pm.

We love each and every one of our guests children, however we really want this evening to be an all adult evening. Therefore, take tonight as a date night for yourselves and leave the kiddos home. The only children attending the wedding are Brianna’s niece and nephews.

Yes, there is a valet parking available at no charge to you for our event.

The reception ends at 11:00pm. The after party will be at Applebee's across the street from the Holiday Inn hotel. We have let Applebee's know that there will be guests coming from our wedding to the after party and they will accommodate us. Food and beverages at Applebee's will not be included, therefore bring your wallets if you would like to purchase anything.

The best way to RSVP is through our wedding website. Strict deadline for the RSVP is June 27th.

The entire event is in one location, the Refinery at Perona Farms. This venue has the ability to be indoor/outdoor. If weather is nice (literally if it's not raining) it will be half and half. If it does end up not being good weather we will be exclusively indoor.

Yes we have provided transportation to and from our hotel! The first shuttle should be leaving the hotel to get to the venue by 4:25pm. This should allow our first round of guests to get there a little early! Don’t worry we have a surprise for all early arrivals 😉
