Our ceremony is scheduled to start at 3:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 3 pm! There is parking on site and the venue allows you to leave your car if needed, but must be picked up the following morning by 10 am. Unfortunately our hotel we are blocking does not offer a shuttle service, however with Disney and Orlando being in close proximity, ride share services are recommended. I-4 can be heavy with traffic at any time of the day so please be mindful for timing purposes! Please plan accordingly and be safe!

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation under your name for the RSVP.

We love your kids! However, only those specified on the invitations are invited.

Semi formal attire is requested! Please stay away from dusty blue and sage green as those are the wedding colors!

The ceremony and cocktail hour are set to take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors. For inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place indoors.

We will be having a buffet style dinner. We want to make sure everyone gets an opportunity to eat but also enjoy the night to dance and celebrate! Please reach out for any food allergies or dietary restrictions!

We will be having an open bar! We made sure to supply enough alcohol. Please feel free to leave a tip for our bartenders!

We have blocked out rooms at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando South Davenport. It is 13 miles from our venue. Please refer to the travel tab for additional booking information!

There are two major airports that can be used. Orlando International Airport - 30 miles from hotel Tampa International Airport - 64 miles from hotel Additionally for a smaller airport, Sanford International is approximately 54 miles from the hotel.

We ask you kindly to keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony. We are paying professional photographers to capture our special moment and would hate for cell phones to be in the photos. We want everyone to be in the moment to witness it all! During any other part of the wedding you are more than welcome to take your photos!
