Hi there!

Jake and Zoe met their freshman year at Oklahoma State University, when God placed them in the same season at just the right time. What started as an easy friendship, filled with long conversations and shared humor, quickly became something deeper. They had so much in common, and being together simply felt right.

In February of 2023, they went on their very first date. They ate at Chili’s and watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 & 2! It was the beginning of many simple, sweet moments that would soon become some of their favorite memories. A few weeks later, on March 3, Jake asked Zoe to be his girlfriend, and that’s where the real adventure began.

In the three years and eight months that followed, Jake and Zoe laughed until their sides hurt, walked through hard seasons together, and grew closer together. They began serving together on the CollegeLife leadership team, where Jake now leads a men’s small group, and Zoe leads a women’s small group. Getting to serve side-by-side and watch one another grow in their faith has become one of the greatest blessings in their relationship.

Then, on November 14, Jake asked Zoe the easiest question she had ever been asked.

Their story is written by grace, built on friendship, and rooted in Christ. And they cannot wait to spend the rest of their lives living it together!
