There were no claps of thunder, bolts of thunder, or pixy dust falling from the skies. What was were two people, neither of whom were looking for another. Neither were searching for that missing piece in their lives. Both of whom, however, found themselves in a room with

each other simply by chance.

That is how our story began; by chance! Isn’t that how most stories with an unexpected ending begin?

From that chance meeting, the opportunity for both of us to fill voids, to find peace, to believe that while things were good for us individually, it could be better if we began to walk together on the same path.

That path was full of stones, pitfalls, mountains that needed to be climbed, challenges and obstacles that made it seem as if they were swimming against the tide!

Yet, we kept moving forever forward, together hand in hand. Together we removed the stones on the path, we scaled the mountains, overcame the challenges and obstacles. With each step on our journey, our destiny to be with each other became clear, a quest that we would achieve together.

Our path still contains stones, there are still mountains in the distance and still challenges and obstacles to overcome. Yet, we no longer view any of these as reasons to divert from the path we have chosen for we now understand that this path is not the path we chose but a path that was chosen for us.

That path has led us, and now you, to this stop on our journey. We are grateful and thankful to have you on our path.
