<p>Billy&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;began&nbsp;dating&nbsp;in&nbsp;August&nbsp;of&nbsp;2016,&nbsp;he&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;on&nbsp;May&nbsp;25,&nbsp;2018,&nbsp;on&nbsp;his&nbsp;knee&nbsp;in&nbsp;front&nbsp;of&nbsp;my&nbsp;family&nbsp;and&nbsp;an&nbsp;entire&nbsp;host&nbsp;of&nbsp;people&nbsp;at&nbsp;KOBE'S&nbsp;Restaurant.&nbsp;Knowing&nbsp;Billy&nbsp;that&nbsp;took&nbsp;alot&nbsp;of&nbsp;nerves&nbsp;for&nbsp;him&nbsp;to&nbsp;do&nbsp;but&nbsp;he&nbsp;did&nbsp;it.&nbsp;Billy&nbsp;and&nbsp;I;&nbsp;like&nbsp;any&nbsp;other&nbsp;couple&nbsp;have&nbsp;had&nbsp;ups&nbsp;and&nbsp;downs&nbsp;but&nbsp;through&nbsp;all&nbsp;the&nbsp;downs&nbsp;we&nbsp;still&nbsp;remained&nbsp;in&nbsp;love.&nbsp;We&nbsp;have&nbsp;both&nbsp;decided&nbsp;that&nbsp;we&nbsp;are&nbsp;willing&nbsp;to&nbsp;do&nbsp;whatever&nbsp;it&nbsp;takes&nbsp;to&nbsp;make&nbsp;our&nbsp;relationship&nbsp;work&nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp;we're&nbsp;excited&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;&nbsp;our&nbsp;family&nbsp;and&nbsp;friends&nbsp;witness&nbsp;our&nbsp;union&nbsp;of&nbsp;&nbsp;happily&nbsp;ever&nbsp;after.&nbsp;</p>
