Two options are available to you: a mail-in card you will receive with your invitation or the RSVP tab on this website. Please make sure at least one of those options is completed or you will be missed in our head count.

Please RSVP by August 23rd. If you have not responded by this date, you will be marked as "not attending". James and Zoe will miss celebrating with you, however, we are required to provide a total to our venue and vendors. Due to these constraints, we cannot accept late RSVPs. Here are some options: Albert J Ellis Airport (Jacksonville, NC) - 34 miles/43 minutes from Swansboro-------------- New Bern Airport (New Bern, NC) - 44 miles/ 48 mins --------------- Wilmington International Airport (Wilmington, NC) - 72 miles/ 1hr 21mins ----------------------------------------------------------------Raleigh-Durham International Airport (Raleigh, NC) - 153miles/ 2hr 25mins --------------------------------------------------------------------- The first three are smaller airports, but closer to Swansboro. RDU is the largest airport of the four. The drive is longer, but it is a direct drive if you have a rental car.

James and Zoe request guests to wear semi-formal attire: Men should wear dress slacks, and a button-up. No tie required, but encouraged to have a sports jacket. Women should wear a dress or slacks and a blouse/sweater.

Weather permitting, we will be outside for the ceremony and inside with doors open for the reception. Please check the weather before packing and dress accordingly.

Absolutely! Your mailed invitation will have a written number referencing your household members who are included in our invitation to join. This number includes children. When RSVPing, please include them in your count.
