We met at Kansas State University through mutual friends, but didn't really hit it off until New Year's Eve 2017. We started dating on April 10th, 2018.

In the summer of 2018, we dated long-distance while Jimmy pursued an internship in Dallas, Texas.

We were both back at K-State for the fall of 2018.

In the summer of 2019, we took our first trip together to Crested Butte, Colorado.

We dated long-distance again in the summer of 2019 when Keegan accepted a full-time job in Dallas.

In the fall of 2019, we attended our first wedding together.

We lived in Wichita, Kansas together during the pandemic.

We dated long-distance for another year when Jimmy moved to Geneva, Nebraska for work.

In the fall of 2021, we moved in together in Kansas City.
