James and I thought carefully about where we would like to be married and decided on the Blue Ridge Parkway at a special overlook. Unfortunately we are very limited to the number of guests we can have at the location. The ceremony is limited to family and the Wedding Party.

Formal to Semi-formal attire Fall dresses, slacks, button ups, dress shoes... Colors of the wedding are Fall colored neutrals, greens, light blues... The weather in Asheville, NC in October during the day is usually high 60's. We recommend preparing for outdoor mildly cold weather. There will be heaters if needed at reception.

I suggested a list of potential hotels in the travel section, however we want to ultimately leave that to you to decide. We don't have organized travel to the venue yet, but we will organize car pools once we have RSVPs. I also want to mention Uber and Lyft can be sparse and unreliable in this area. Kind of a gamble at this time of year...If you do plan to use them I suggest booking appointment in advance.

Buffet style BBQ classics, Charcuterie boards of meats, cheese, and veggies. Sweets...
