Our wedding will be held at Belle Voir Manor at Pen Ryn Estate, a historic property along the Delaware River which has 3 different wedding venues. Belle Voir Manor is the first venue that will be on your right when you enter the property and head down the tree-lined driveway. Guests are welcome to go down to the water to enjoy the scenery and take pictures, but please be mindful of any other weddings taking place at the Mansion or River's Edge.

Please arrive no later than 5:55 PM so you can get settled before the ceremony starts at 6 PM. We planned this later-than-typical ceremony start time to allow for more travel time on a holiday weekend Friday. We hope you're all there to witness us become husband and wife, but if you're running late, you'll be able to join in on the celebration at cocktail hour!

Please plan for an outdoor ceremony. Cocktail hour will take place both in the Manor as well as the outdoor patio. In the event of inclement weather, all events will be held inside the Manor.

2 Sterling Limousine shuttle buses will leave from the Radisson at 4:45 PM and approximately 5:20 PM (give or take a few minutes for traffic). Due to very few guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott, the buses will only stop at this hotel ONCE on the first trip to the venue, ~4:55 PM. There is more than one wedding party heading to Pen Ryn Estate so please be sure to look for the shuttles that have "BARNES/COSCIA WEDDING" signage! The shuttles will stop at the Courtyard Marriott then continue on to Pen Ryn Estate. Return service will be provided beginning at 10:30 PM, stopping at both hotels on every trip.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. We recommend the ladies wear midi- to floor-length dresses and suits and ties for the gentlemen! No short dresses or jeans, please.

The absolute last day to RSVP is April 25. We are unable to make any changes to the guest count after this date.

If a seat has been reserved for you to bring a date, it will be specifically indicated on your invitation and they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Rooms have been held at the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast and the Courtyard by Marriott Bensalem. We anticipate the majority of our guests will need accommodations and we will do our best to add more rooms to the blocks as they fill depending on hotel availability, but we recommend reserving your room as soon as you know you're able to attend.
