You can RSVP online! We will need you to confirm your RSVP by September 7th.

We would like this to be an adult event. All guests are 18+ years or older. The guests that will be underage are a part of our wedding party.

Our only request is No Jeans! The venue is an indoor ballroom and we would like a formal/semi-formal look. Cocktail attire or your Sunday Best is great! Also, this should be a given, but please do not wear white, off white, eggshell or a solid cream colored dresses.

They have plenty of parking at the venue. Parking is free. If you plan to drink, please plan to Uber or Lyft as we would like everyone to be safe.

We do not have a set block of rooms due to many guests preferring different hotel chains. There are many hotels located around the venue in West Knoxville. Knoxville has many Air BnBs in the area as well.

James and Rebecca will be staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown. They have a roof top bar, Radius Roof Top Lounge, that is open till 2am. The bar is 21+ and to get in you must show ID.

Since we are not having a traditional wedding, there will not be a rehearsal dinner the night before. The ceremony is a private event that will be held a month prior. This is just the reception where we will celebrate our marriage.

Unfortunately, we have a set guest list in order to stay within budget. Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. It will read Your Name & Guest on the invitation.

Since most of our guests are traveling for our reception celebration that is a gift within itself. We have a registry listed under the Registry tab and any items on the list can be shipped to our home address.

Yes! There will be alcohol at the event. Cocktail Hour is an Open bar from 6-7 pm. After that it will be cash bar only. That being said Tennessee State law is very strict and Bar tenders will check IDs.
