FRIDAY WELCOME DINNER 5:00-7:00 pm:
Burgers, hot dogs, potato salad and the like. This will be a casual affair, so feel free to bring anything that sounds good if you would like to. BYOB

SATURDAY CEREMONY 3:00-3:30 pm:
Our ceremony will be located in the Alpaca pasture

SATURDAY HAPPY HOUR 3:30-5:00 pm:
Cheese and cracker platters
Bar will open at 4:00 pm

SATURDAY SUPPER 5:00-6:30pm (buffet):
Tossed salad
Mexican bean salad
Roasted root vegetables
Mac n cheese 
BBQ chicken
Pulled pork
Rolls and butter

Cash bar and dancing until midnight

SATURDAY SUNSET ALPACA RUN:
Please gather outside while James, Addie May, Alistair and Elowyn participate in “The running of the alpacas!”

SATURDAY AFTER PARTY 11:55 pm - …?:
For the “after party” we’ll be gathering for a bonfire. BYOB but there will be plenty to share (please respect our hosts by being reserved with your drinks and dispose of all trash appropriately) 

SUNDAY BRUNCH 9:00-11:00 am:
Assorted pastry and fruit platters
Juice
Coffee and Aspirin

SUNDAY CLEANUP 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: 
We appreciate help from anyone who is available to help clean up so we can leave the venue sparkling clean. Many hands make light work! ♥️
