Day guests please arrive from 11.30am and no later than 12.00pm. The ceremony will begin at 12.30pm sharp, so all guests will need to be seated no later than 12.15pm.

Yes, there is free parking on-site. You are able to leave your cars overnight and collect the next day by 3pm. Please make sure you park at the carpark assigned to the hotel which is at the end of the driveway

Yes, the bar is open from 11.30pm and includes a cocktail on arrival, so you are more than welcome to join our parents, James and his Groomsmen in the bar for a pre-wedding drink.

We would love for all our guests to get dressed up to celebrate with us.

The wedding will be indoors, however we are hoping to host the drinks reception on the West Terrace; weather dependant, of course (pray for the sunshine, or at least no rain!).

Check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:30am. We ask guests who are checking in to wait until after the wedding breakfast / speeches are finished. Gives you time to freshen up for the evening celebrations! You can store your luggage with reception on arrival or leave in your car

The venue is a cashless hotel.
