Destination airport
The local airport to our destination would be Tivat. You can get a flight from Manchester direct which takes around 3 hours. The second option is to fly to the capital Podgorica and drive to the local area, this drive takes around 90mins as you go through the mountains (avoid if landing at night). At finally the third option which is what we have done is fly to Dubrovnik, Croatia and cross the border by hire car or coach. This drive takes around 1hr 40mins but is a smooth drive with less mountains. Personally we will be flying to Tivat as its straight forward and easier with children.
