No. Hacienda is fully staffed during our entire stay. Gratuities are greatly appreciated and discretionary. Typically 10-15%. End of stay concierge will distribute envelopes with staff names.

Certainly, there are three major grocery stores conveniently located in close proximity to our area. Additionally, I would like to inform you that Hacienda Del Mar offers a grocery delivery service, which can be utilized for a service fee. This option might provide added convenience depending on your needs.
