Meeting people is something that we do in our every day life. Thanks to the infamous “Facebook dating”, lol, no kidding! That's where our story began. Our first meeting was at a Target. And as Julia insisted, this was “not a date". One crock pot and a couple drinks later we were hooked to each other. The chemistry was undeniable. Our little Target run turned into something neither of us would ever forget. For us, it was love at first connection... We both ended up loving each other's energy and spirits so much that we were inseparable. Unfortunately, our similarities caused us to butt heads on many occasions.
It took some time, some therapy and some quarrels for us to really realized that loving each other was bigger than the differences we had between each other. We took a hard look into ourselves and took the time to get the help that we both needed to be in a successful relationship. On October 1st, 2023 in Barcelona, Spain I asked her to marry me. Overlooking the romantic Park Guelle, Julia said, "Yes!"
This story has had plenty of challenges but even more growth since we met. The story is ugly and even more beautiful.
And these short 4 years are just the beginning to something amazing. We look forward to so much more to come.
