In 2021, Heena returned to Parkland pharmacy. After spending time as a vaccination pharmacist, she was asked to come help out at Central Fill pharmacy. There she met an old nemesis. She spent weeks tormenting him by throwing pens at him, stealing his charger, and being a general nuisance. In an effort to calm her down, James decided to cook her some lunch. She described it as "surprisingly, actually, not that bad."

From there, their friendship blossomed, fueled by respect for each other's work ethic, love of books, and a surprising connection. Their bond grew stronger with each passing day and in the summer of 2024, James popped the question.

Now, as they prepare to walk down the aisle, Heena and James cherish the memory of their serendipitous meeting at Central Fill. Sometimes the most annoying coworkers can turn out to be the most amazing partners.
