Our venue is only capable of holding so many guests. If your invitation indicates that you can have a plus one/or bring your children you are more than welcome. If your invitation doesn’t imply you have a plus one/or able to bring your children unfortunately you won’t be able to. For our ceremony it will be an unplugged ceremony so we will kindly as our guest to leave the photos up to our photographer and videographer and not take photos on there phones/cameras, and ask you to allow us to post our photos first to social media!

Under “Travel” there will be a few options for hotels/inns they require 45 days before the wedding to confirm your room http://www.choicehotels.com/cnb75 or in Hope and James fashion our venue allows camping, there are no plug ins for trailer/motor homes but you are more than welcome to bring generators
