HOW DO I RSVP AND WHEN BY?

Attached to your invitation is a QR Code in which you can scan to RSVP, or visit the ‘RSVP’ section of this website. Our RSVP Page will open around February 10th, once we make our dinner selections. Kindly RSVP by April 1st, 2024 or sooner. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late, as we need to provide our vendors with exact numbers by a certain date. If you are RSVPing with a guest, please make sure you RSVP and answer all questions for both people.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to our venues limited capacity, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you, or your significant other’s name will be included on the envelope. If your invitation does not state a plus 1 but your situation happens to change, feel free to reach out to us, but know that we may not be able to accommodate.

IS EVERYTHING AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Yes! There are 2 buildings on the House Mountain Inn property; House Mountain Inn, and The Irvine Estate, which are a short walk away from one another. All of our traditional wedding day activities will be held at the Irvine Estate, whereas the wedding day after party will be held at House Mountain Inn. No need to worry about traveling throughout the day.

ARE THERE SHUTTLES?

Yes!!! The busses will pick guests up from the two main hotels listed (Country Inn & Suites and Sleep Inn & Suites) and transport to and from the venue. There is a parking on site, but House Mountain Inn is up a thin, windy road, so even if you aren't planning on drinking, we highly recommend making use of our shuttle service. Information about specific bus pick up & drop off times will be posted at the hotels as well as the venue.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive at 4:30 to ensure nothing is missed. If you arrive late and the ceremony has already begun, you will be asked to wait until it is over. If you are using our shuttle service, no need to worry as they will ensure you arrive on time. With this in mind, please be sure to board the busses on time as they are on a tight schedule.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All of the above! The ceremony will be outdoors but covered, whereas the reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Please dress with this in mind, as who knows what June weather could bring!

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

We'd love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are tuxes and gowns. Choose whichever makes you feel most comfortable, but no jeans please!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

We LOVE your little ones!! However, we want all adults to be able to let loose and celebrate with us, so book a babysitter and use this as a date night! You deserve it.

OPEN BAR??

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you, so please drink responsibly and be ready to celebrate!
