Welcome to our website where you'll find some useful information related to our wedding on May 2, 2026 in the beautiful and classic Hudson, NY. We will be updating the website periodically with new information. Please check out the Travel page for information on getting to Hudson and on where to stay for the weekend. Schedule of Events

Hudson is a beautiful and lively town in upstate New York directly on the Hudson River. It's historic character means there is not an abundance of large hotels so we encourage groups of friends and family to book a shared house via <a href="https://www.airbnb.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">AirBnb</a>, <a href="https://www.vrbo.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">VRBO</a>, or other such services. If you prefer to stay in a hotel, a few options are listed below. Please note that many of the hotels have less than 10 rooms so we expect many of those to have very limited availability once reservations become available. We do not currently have a room block at these hotels but you are welcome to book directly via their websites. We will be handling accommodations for the wedding party. For those traveling from locations in the Northeast, Amtrak goes to Hudson and the station is directly across the street from the venue. For anyone traveling by plane, the Albany Airport (ALB) is the closest airport to Hudson (about a 45 minute drive). The New York City area airports are all about a two hour drive away or you can take Amtrak from the city as well.

The Wick is the largest hotel in Hudson and it is a short, 5 minute walk from the venue. We encourage you to book a room here directly pending availability. The hotel has 55 rooms all of which are modern and comfortable.

One of Hudson's newest hotels, the Pocketbook Hudson was originally a textile factory built in the 1890s. The hotel has recently been refurbished and turned into a beautiful property.

Rivertown Lodge is an independently owned, 27-room hotel located in the center of town. The owners took over the 40-year-old Warren Inn Motel, which was first a movie theater from 1928 to 1958, and overdue for another transformation. The property you see now is a collaboration of the owners, a New York design studio, and craftspeople from the local community.

The Whaler is a staple of Hudson's Warren Street featuring 16 air-conditioned rooms featuring fireplaces and Smart televisions. Reservations open up for booking about 4 months in advance.

The Nest is one of the newest boutique hotels in Hudson. They offer 5 newly renovated private suites all with en-suite bathrooms and plenty of other amenities.

This stately residence has been meticulously restored to its former glory in the spring of 2025, showcasing both its period-specific architecture and maritime heritage highlighted by original stained glass windows, custom renovated bathrooms, and soothing fireplaces. It features 9 suites and generally has reservations available 4 months in advance.

A beautifully restored retreat with the heart of a country house, this former Queen Anne-style private residence has 8 rooms and suites.

Just across the river in nearby Greenport, this is the magnificent, Persian-inspired home and landscape of Hudson River School painter Frederic Edwin Church. It offers incredible views of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River.
