SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Hotel to ceremony: 3:15pm Reception to hotel: 10:00pm and 11:00pm Please note you are not able to leave your car at the venue overnight, so you must shuttle or Uber if you are not driving at the end of the night.

Formal - please do not wear jeans!

Check-In is at 3:00pm and the shuttle leaves promptly at 3:15 as the ceremony starts at 4:00pm. You can call and ask for early check in, leave your items in your car, or check in quickly and come back to the lobby. The hotel cannot guarantee early check in, but they did a put a note to prioritize a 2:30pm check in time for guest of our wedding. It is important to note that you CANNOT leave cars overnight at our venue, so please plan appropriately.
