As older sister to the bride, Taylor has rightfully earned her place as maid of honor after a lifetime of tolerating Jamie's younger sibling antics. Thankfully time has healed any sibling rivalries, and the sisters are truly best friends. Taylor can always be counted on for (occasionally brutally) honest advice, constant loyalty, and top tier book recommendations.

On the first day of sixth grade, LillyAnn and Jamie discovered their shared love of competition in a homeroom race to their lockers. Since that day, the two have been there for each other through everything from the awkwardness of middle school to a transcontinental friendship. LillyAnn can always be counted on for vulnerability, an infectious laugh, and willingness to drink a milkshake despite lactose intolerance.

Ever since Jamie met her in middle school, Corinne has always loved deeply, acted boldly, and trust God with every outcome. So when Corinne introduced the Sam to Jamie, she knew she could trust her endorsement- and the rest is history. Corinne can always be counted on for reflection of Jesus, spontaneity, witty humor and niche stand-up references.

There are few people who care as deeply for their friends as Caroline does. From middle school geometry to international travel, Caroline has been there for Jamie through it all. Caroline can always be counted on for genuine selflessness, engaging conversation, and ensuring that her friends' significant others are worthy suitors.

In the mountains of Western Carolina, only the weird can truly thrive- and that is exactly what Lauren and Jamie did with their years together in Cullowhee. Cold, early mornings on the track and camping trips followed by speeding to Bojangles solidified what is now a lifelong friendship. Lauren can always be counted on for strength of will and faith, confidence when facing any challenge, and unbeatable taste in karaoke song selection.

There is no one who has run as many miles with Jamie (both literally and figuratively) as Kate, and her constant joy and friendship have been the only things to keep Jamie going on countless occasions. Kate and Jamie have a bond that can only be formed by frequently getting lost in the woods and chased by the dogs of Appalachia. Kate can always be counted on for grace under pressure, Christ-like love and priorities, and a mindset to win but have a good time while doing it.

In addition to being the fun, older cousin Jamie could rope into playing with her, Tiffany has always shown Jamie the importance of family and loving deeply, even when life gets chaotic. Now as a mom of 3, Tiffany shows this more than ever. Tiffany can always be counted on for unconditional love, frequent tears of joy, and a wealth of dinosaur knowledge thanks to her son.

Noah and Sam first met at a pre-Vanderbilt meetup for incoming freshmen, where they wondered who the "loud arrogant guy" and "cocky lanky kid" were. God has a sense of humor and placed them four doors down from each other their freshman year of college. Never-ending competition, endless problem sets, long faith talks, and broken ribs cemented their brotherhood. Noah is currently a resident in orthopedic surgery at The Ohio State University.

Nathan, known only as "Mr. Miller" when Sam first met him, was Sam's pledge captain during his sophomore year of college. Through long God talks, nights of mentorship, and plenty of shenanigans, the two quickly became good friends. Nathan is currently in Sudan building schools with To Move Mountains, a Christian non-profit. He can always be counted on for God-centered advice, prayer, and a first-class sense of humor.

Aaron has put up with Sam longer than any of the other groomsmen and somehow still maintains a calm and collected attitude to this day. Despite the typical brotherly competition and fights, he has grown to be a friend instead of just a little brother. Aaron recently graduated from The Ohio State University and works as an environmental scientist. He can be relied upon for good music and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

Sam and Chris met in Nashville during a visit from Sam's cousin Erin (Chris's then-girlfriend and now wife). Several years later, the two hit it off at Erin and Chris's wedding and quickly made plans to hunt elk down the line. Through several seasons in the woods and one heavy pack-out, their brotherhood was forged. Chris can be counted on for long debates, hours of silence, and a steady partner for any endeavor.

Hayes and his penchant for using "talk to text" are to thank for introducing Jamie and Sam in September of 2022. Hayes and Sam met during college, where they were back-to-back pledge captains in BYX. Hayes can be counted on for a sense of adventure (which has taken him as far as Patagonia), God-centered conversation, and a wealth of medical knowledge. He currently attends the University of Florida Medical School alongside his wife, Corinne.

If it swims and has fins, Corbin has probably caught it. Corbin and Sam became good friends in middle school, where they spent countless hours chasing fish at neighborhood ponds. Their brotherhood was formed from backyard experiments, far-flung adventures, and more than a couple of neighborhood mishaps. Corbin is the resident fish expert, bass player, and alcohol snob. Count on him for any outdoor adventure.

Hudson and Sam became friends their freshman year of high school and quickly found they both loved the outdoors. After recovering flipped boats on frozen rivers, dragging deer for long distances, and breaking ice for a half mile to shoot ducks, the two became inseparable. Hudson is married to his high school sweetheart, Loegen, who was the constant fourth wheel to Corbin, Hudson, and Sam's bromance.

Jonah and Sam met their sophomore year of college while taking chemical engineering courses and pledging BYX. Their friendship developed through many long nights, challenging problem sets, and faith talks. Jonah can be counted on for good music, strong faith, and a chaotic sense of humor. He currently lives in Orange County, California, where he works as a project engineer.
