Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in a RSVP card?
We prefer to receive back our mailed RSVP’s. However, you can RSVP on the website that is provided on the invitation.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Monday October 21, 2024
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 3pm. We suggest arriving between 2:30-2:45 pm. This will give you ample time to find a seat and get comfortable before the ceremony!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means our photographers will be the only ones taking photos during this time, except for the planned ‘photo minute’. A photo minute allows everyone to take as many photos as they wish in a minute during the beginning of the ceremony, then all phones will be away for the rest of the time. Save those batteries for the cocktail hour and reception! We will love to see all the amazing photos that you capture throughout the rest of the day.
What is the parking situation?
Our venue has a huge private parking lot.
Are kids allowed?
Yes! We are excited to celebrate with everyone who is listed on the invitation. Please leave us a note when you RSVP with the children's ages so we can let our catering company know.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Our venue will work one-on-one with those that have dietary restrictions. Everything will be handled day of, so no need to send us any info in the RSVPs. Also, any allergens will be clearly labeled.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
As some of our guests have limited mobility, we did our best to find a venue that can accommodate everyone. There is a ramp to the ceremony space. All other spaces are on the ground floor.
Will we be outside?
Part of our special day will be taking place outdoors. As our wedding is in early November, it can be hard to predict the weather. We suggest bringing a jacket or shawl so everyone can enjoy the ceremony, cocktail hour and fire pit!
Is there a wedding registry?
We have linked our Amazon registry and Honeymoon fund here on our site. We will also have a card box at the wedding for those who would rather not use the online registries.
Is it an open bar?
We will be having an open bar. Our venue (like many others in NY) has a no shot policy. Please bring your valid ID's if you plan on drinking that night. There will be a tip jar if you wish to thank our wonderful bar tender.
I have a question not listed in the Q&A. Where should I ask?
If you chose to send your RSVP through our wedding website, you will be given the option to ask us a question there. If you are sending your RSVP through the mail or think of something after sending in response, you can either send us a text or give us a call.
