The resort is great for families, and we would love to see your littles at the welcome party and throughout the weekend. The wedding and reception will be for adults only. The resort will have a list of sitters to call if you would like to bring children on the trip!

Cocktail attire. Plan to be both inside and outside throughout the day. Checking the weather one week out is suggested!

There will be a welcome party on Friday evening, location TBD, likely outdoors. The ceremony will be held on the beach, cocktail hour to follow, and the reception will be indoors, overlooking Wilson Bay.

September temperatures typically range from 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit and varying humidity.

Flying into Brainerd(BRD) is recommended for those coming from out of state. You can also fly into Minneapolis/St. Paul(MSP). From there you will need to rent a car. Once at Maddens, the resort is very walkable but far from town. The resort address is below. 11266 Pine Beach Peninsula, Brainerd, MN 56401

Resorts in the Brainerd Lakes Areas tend to book up a few months out. We would love for you to stay at or near the resort and strongly encourage booking well in advance to ensure that you are able to book at your desired location.
