Like all true Auburn love stories, Jamie and Johnny’s began at Moe's BBQ. Introduced by mutual friends, they clicked immediately. As soon as Jamie saw Johnny, she knew he would be someone special in her life. Determined to see him again, she was thrilled when just two days later they met again at a Theta Chi band party. That night, they found themselves deep in conversation about the things that mattered most. All of their friends love to take credit for setting them up, but from the moment they met, being apart was never an option.

After two and a half years together, Johnny planned the perfect proposal during a family trip in Greece. On their first night in Milos, Jamie encouraged everyone else to head to dinner while she waited for Johnny to finish getting ready. Finally, he joined her on the balcony, where they took in the beautiful Grecian sunset. With the breathtaking view behind them, Johnny got down on one knee and asked Jamie to be his wife.
