Gage and I met on a cold, dark December night. We had both been to the Carol of the Lights celebration with our friends, and then went out dancing. Usually, when someone asks you to dance, you make awkward conversation and go your separate ways at the end of the song. Not us! I recall Gage appearing out of nowhere and asking me to dance. I figured he would disappear as quickly as he had appeared once the song was over, but he didn't. We continued to dance, and when we weren't dancing, we were talking to one another. Gage hadn't caught my name when I told him, so when we exchanged phone numbers, I was "Rodeo 4 Girl" in his phone.

The very next day, we went to J&B for coffee. We were there for 3 hours! It was so easy to visit, even though we were both so nervous. We met right before the Christmas break, but we were constantly texting, Snapchatting, and talking on the phone. Over the break, Gage visited his family in Kerrville. When they asked him about me, they were astounded to learn he didn't know my last name - I then became "Jamie No Namie". We continued to spend time together, getting to know one another - and we've never stopped! Married life will be no exception, learning, growing, exploring new places, and doing life together. We are so grateful to our family, friends, and loved ones for supporting us. We can not wait to celebrate the beginning of our marriage with you all!
