Our Wedding

Motorcoaches are arranged through Premier Transportation to transport guests from the Gaylord Hotel to the Montclair, and then back to the Gaylord after the wedding. Guests are welcome to ride the shuttle even if they choose not to stay at the Gaylord! Motorcoaches (as pictured below) will arrive at 3:15 and depart at 3:45 SHARP! The pickup location is at the TOUR BUS LOBBY directly to the LEFT of the MAIN LOBBY at the Gaylord. Please see photos below for map showing where bus pickup is located. The highlighted yellow is where they will be. ﻿You are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages on board, but alcohol will not be provided/ served on the motorcoaches!

We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off. INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?Our wedding ceremony and reception are both indoor at the Montclair. WHERE TO FLY INTO?Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport are the 2 major airports in the DFW area. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is closest to the Gaylord Hotel, as well as the wedding venue. WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?Yes! We will have a shuttle the day of the wedding transporting guests from the Gaylord to the Montclair, and then back to the Gaylord after the wedding. Guests are welcome to ride the shuttle even if they choose not to stay at the Gaylord!
