If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline of June 1st, 2024!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask you to arrive 15-20 minutes early. We will ask you to wait until after the ceremony if you are late!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Breckenridge Barn: 4032 Mill Rd, Linkwood, MD 21835. Their website is: https://breckenridgebarn.com/

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. Our hired professionals will be doing the photo-taking during that time. Feel free to take all the photos you like after the ceremony.

Transportation will be arriving at the hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Easton) at 3:00 PM to begin loading guests. The buses will be leaving PROMPTLY at 3:15 PM. We had to have the bus leave so early because of the beach and it is a Friday in July! This will ensure everyone is at the venue and seated before the 4:30 PM ceremony. We know the hotel check-in is around 4 PM (fingers crossed for earlier check-in) so please plan accordingly. This is why there is a 2-night minimum for the room block. Either you will have to check in after the wedding or leave your things in family/friends' rooms. The buses will be staying at the venue to do circulations back to the Hotel/Applebees until around 9 PM (to ensure both buses are back to load the remaining guests). Both buses will be leaving the venue around 10 PM when the reception ends. Please be kind and respectful!

There are several room blocks at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The address is 8945 Sunflower Dr., Easton, MD 21601. The phone number is 410-822-0050. The wedding room block rate is $219 a night + Tax with a 2-night minimum. The block can be used for the following dates: Thursday 7/11, Friday 7/12, and Saturday 7/13. You must CALL to use the room block. *Shuttle services will be provided from this Hotel Only* Of course, the choice is up to you. If you do not need a 2-night minimum, you can book outside the room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites (without the room block rate- other discounts may still apply) There are other hotels available nearby (no room block).

Children who are invited will receive their own invitation.

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied due to limited space at our venue. We thank you for understanding.

Yes! The after-party will be at Applebees: 8999 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD 21601 from 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The hotel (Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott) is in the same parking lot!
