A: The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive early and take your seats at 5:15 pm. The reception will begin after the wedding ceremony at approximately 6:30 pm.

A: Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott listed above. Please mention our wedding (Huntzinger-Swonke) when booking for the discounted rate.
Transportation:
Q: Is transportation provided to and from the venue?
A: Yes, transportation will be provided. Buses will pick up guests from the Courtyard Marriott at 4:45PM and transport to All Saints Catholic Church for the wedding ceremony. There will be buses transporting guests from the church to the reception venue, The Julianna. At the end of the reception, we will provide transportation from The Julianna to the Courtyard Marriott.
Q: Are there parking arrangements?
A: Yes, there is ample parking available at the church. There is a valet service provided at the reception venue. However, we encourage our guests to UBER or use the provided transportation so everyone can travel to and from safely!
Q: How far away is the reception venue from the church?
A: The reception venue is 2.2 miles away from the church. It is a 10-minute drive.

A: While we adore children, we've decided to keep this event adults-only to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy themselves fully.
