October's weather reflects a dynamic shift as fall takes firm hold in Oregon City. The shortening daylight causes temperatures to drop, resulting in cooler days and noticeably colder nights. This month witnesses a steep rise in rainfall with an accumulation of 3.35" (85mm) throughout an average of 15.2 rainy days. Trees shed off their leaves, painting the town with a beautiful palette of fall colors. The crisp and often overcast weather typical of October sets the mood for the upcoming winter season. Both! Everyone's encouraged to roam the grounds before dinner. Dinner will be inside. The ceremony will be outside. The reception will move back indoors, but the outdoors will remain open and accessible to all until 9pm.

Aim to arrive around 3:00 pm. Dinner around 5:00 pm. Ceremony @ dusk, just after 6pm. Reception from just before 7pm until 9pm. Clean up for an hour, 9-10pm.
