When it comes to comfort on a hot summer day (especially if we are able to be outside on the patio), a casual dress code is ideal. But don't forget this is an important event! Showing up in shorts and a T-shirt is not a good idea!! For women, flowy or cocktail dresses paired with nicer sandals, wedges, or heels is perfect. For men, an open-collared shirt, nice pants, and dress shoes are great. Keep in mind that if you're not sure just how casual the wedding is, it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed (just don't show up in a gown, tuxedo, or jeans please!)
